Walking football is now taking place every Friday in Cumnock Juniors grounds, Cumnock, between 12noon – 1pm.
Come along and improve your mental and physical health with Derek King from Cumnock Juniors Community Enterprise. Working in partnership with Moving Up Moving On recovery group (MUMO) and The Nest, this is more than a game of walking football, but also an opportunity to re-connect with your community in a safe space with like minded people.
